Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payments and Fees

Payments for services must be made as per the agreed terms.

A refund may be issued based on the terms outlined in your agreement, subject to deductions for services rendered.

We reserve the right to cancel the agreement in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or non-payment.

Refunds for charges executed by partners are received from them directly (Example: Omega Home Care)

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
